4th Anniversary Project

Our 4th Anniversary project for Zhang Liyin is underway! Have you started suggestion gift ideas yet? Not only do we need gift ideas, we also need donations to buy the gifts and for shipping costs. Every dollar counts. There are two ways to donate, via PayPal through our donation mod, or via snail mail which you can read about here.

This time, for the anniversary project, we're looking to spice things up by sending her something more unique than just clothes. So if you have any ideas, please submit them here. Suggestions are open to all members, not just donators, so feel free to make a post!

Rule Changes

From now on, topics specifically made for embedded YouTube/Tudou videos (e.g. fancams and performances) will not be allowed in the Lights, Camera... Liyin! section. We will be moving all fancam/performance embedded video posts to their respective event topics. This is so the media section won't be so bogged down by embedded video topics. However, their event topics will still be closed after 1 month of their event date. If the fancam/performance doesn't have an event topic because 1) the event was last minute and Chocolates didn't know about it, or 2) the video is a stalkage fancam (e.g. airports), then the video should be placed in either of the pinned topics Jess made in the media section.

This new rule will be like a trial run for now. Hopefully this new method will work well. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them.

Staff Changes

Unfortunately, lavenderwingz recently resigned from her Moderator position here at Chocolyn, but please welcome YoYo and donnachun as our newest Moderators. They will be helping out with Lavy's old forums and some new ones to distribute a fairer workload between the staff.

We are still looking for another moderator (and active graphic designers)! If you are interested, apply here! We are always looking for new staff members. If you can make graphics, time or translate, you can also apply!
